Our recreational classes offer skill progressions on tumbling, dance elements, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. Discipline and organization are great side benefits of the concentration required to successfully perform skills. Skills learned include forward and backward rolls, headstands, and pull over on the bars.
Ages: 5 – 6 (Jr. 7-8 and Sr. 9 & Up)

Sky Warrior classes use progression curriculum to teach skills on tumbling, balance beams, uneven bars, vaulting, and trampoline. Students will excel through each level at their own individual pace so they feel comfortable with their learning and feel successful. Skills learned include straddle roll, handstands, cartwheels, and back hip circles on the bars.
Ages: 5 – 8 (Sr. Sky Warrior 9 & up)

This is a level where the girls are working intermediate level gymnastics skills, within the Recreational Program. Skills learned include round offs, squat on bars, back walkovers, and handstand on the beam.
Ages: 7-9 Sr. (Sky Hawk 10 & Up) - Must have completed Level 2

This is a level where the girls are working on the highest level of skills within the Recreational Program. Skills learned include the back handspring, front handspring, dive rolls, and front hip circles on the bars.
Ages: 7 & Up (Must have completed Level 3)

The Apache classes are beginner level classes for boys ages 5 and older. Apache 1 classes are for beginner boys ages 5 - 6 and Apache 2 boys 7-8. Classes use a progression curriculum to teach skills on tumbling, vaulting, trampoline, rings, high bar, pommel horse, and parallel bars.

This is the intermediate level classes for boys who have completed skills required in the Apache program. Advanced skills are taught on all the apparatus’ the boys use. Some skills include the back hip circle and pull over on high bar, cartwheels and handstands on floor, kicks on pummel horse and mushroom work.

This is the intermediate level class for boys who have completed skills required in the Apache program. Advanced skills are taught on all the apparatus’ the boys use. Skills include swings on high bar, round offs and hand stand hop on the floor, straight jumps on the vault, pike hold and front rolls on the parallel bars.
Ages: 8 and up (Must have completed Level 1)

J.E.T.S. offers tumble only classes for girls interested in mastering their tumbling skills. This class is geared towards cheerleaders and power tumblers.
