Puddle Jumpers 1 & 2
Parent Directed Classes
Instructors guide parents who in turn guide their children through various loco motor development activities. The goal is to bias children positively to all types of new learning experiences. Children will gain vocabulary skills, gymnastics definitions, and an introduction to equipment.
Ages: 18 months - 3 years (Boys & Girls)
Student/Instructor Ratio: 6 - 1
Class Length: 45 Min.
F-Series
Our state of the art preschool & school age recreational program is focused on gross motor skill development. We work to build the strength, coordination and flexibility which will lead to a successful future in sports. These classes will emphasize basic gymnastics skills and progressions that serve as the foundation for higher level gymnastics skills.
Tomcats - Level 1 & 2
Instructor Directed w/Parent Present
Parents will aide their children in becoming teacher dependant. Activities include basic tumbling and apparatus work, as well as social skill development.
Ages: 3 - 4 ½ years (Boys & Girls)
Student/Instructor Ratio: 6 - 1
Class Length: 45 Min.
Falcons - Level 1 2 3 & 4
Instructor Directed
Students will work on more specific skills, spending more time on tumbling, balance beams, bars, and tramps, etc.
Falcons 1 & 2 is the same as Tomcats 1 & 2.
Ages: 4 ½ - 6 years (Boys & Girls)
Student Instructor Ratio: 6 - 1
Class Length: 45 Min.
Falcons 5
This class was designed for girls who have passed level 4, and is for those who are not quite ready for pre-team, but want to make the commitment to learn the sport of gymnastics at a higher intensity level.
Students will be working on cartwheels, round off's, basic bar and beam work, and vault, along with an education on gymnastic terminology, and skills mixed with fun, and games.
Ages: 5 - 7 years (Girls)
Student Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1
Class Length: 1 ½ hours
Sky Raiders - Level 1
Our recreational classes offer skill progressions on tumbling, dance elements, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. Discipline and organization are great side benefits of the concentration required to successfully perform skills.
When each level is achieved students will receive a "JETS Certificate of Achievement" for all their hard work.
Ages: 6 - 9
Student/Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1
Class Length: 1 hour
Jr. Sky Raiders - Ages: 9 - up
Sky Warriors - Level 2
Sky Warrior classes use progression curriculums to teach skills on tumbling, balance beams, uneven bars, vaulting, and trampoline. Students will excel through each level at their own individual pace so they feel comfortable with their learning and feel successful.
Ages: 6 - 9
Student/Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1
Class Length: 1 hour or 1 ½ hours
Jr. Sky Warriors - Ages 9 - up
Sky Hawks/Thunderbirds - Level 3/4
This is a level where the girls are working higher level gymnastics skills, within the Recreational Program.
Skills learned include front handsprings, front tucks, kips on bars, back handsprings, back walkovers on beam, etc.
Ages: 6 & Up
Student/Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1
Class Length: 1 ½ hours
Apache/Black Hawks
Classes use progression curriculums to teach skills on tumbling, vaulting, trampoline, rings, high bar, pommel horse, and parallel bars. There are 2 levels for the Recreational Boys Program. Both levels work on physical skills, confidence and goal orientation is assimilated through gym skills.
Ages: 6 - up (Boys)
Student Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1
Class Length: 1 hour/Black Hawks 1 ½ hours
