Sky Raiders - Level 1
J.E.T.S. recreational classes offer skill progressions on tumbling, dance elements, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. Discipline and organization are great side benefits of the concentration required to successfully perform skills.
Ages: 6 - 8 Sky Raider and 9 and up go to Jr. Sky Raiders
Class Length: 1 hour
Sky Warriors - Level 2
Sky Warrior classes use progression curriculums to teach skills on tumbling, balance beams, uneven bars, vaulting, and trampoline. Students will excel through each level at their own individual pace so they feel comfortable with their learning and feel successful.
Ages: 6 - 8
Student/Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1
Class Length: 1 hour or 1 ½ hours
Jr. Sky Warriors - Ages 9 - up
Sky Hawks - Level 3
This is a level where the girls are working higher level gymnastics skills, within the Recreational Program. Skills learned include front handsprings, front tucks, kips on bars, back handsprings, back walkovers on beam, etc.
Ages: 6 & Up

Class Length: 1 ½ hours or 2 hours classes
Apache/Apache 2/Black Hawks
Classes use progression curriculums to teach skills on tumbling, vaulting, trampoline, rings, high bar, pommel horse, and parallel bars. There are 3 levels for the Recreational Boys Program. All three levels work on physical skills, confidence and goal orientation is assimilated through gym skills

Tumbling Classes
These classes are designed for Cheerleaders and gymnasts who want to focus on tumbling only.
Ages: 6 - 18

Class Length: 1 hour
Beginner/Level 1 Tumblers
Students will learn: handstands, back bends, kick-over's, walk-over's, round-offs, cartwheels, etc. These skills will be taught and learned correctly as they are the basis for all tumbling and we believe in technique!
Intermediate to Advanced/Tumbling 2
We will drill handspring series and focus on making your back handspring better by getting your more comfortable and confident. We will work on back-tucks, back handspring back tucks and standing back tucks. You must have a solid round-off and back handspring to start tucking. This class curriculum also includes working layouts, step-outs, standing backs, whip backs and fulls.
