Parent Directed Classes
   Instructors guide parents who in turn guide their children through various loco motor development activities. The goal is to bias children positively to all types of new learning experiences. Children will gain vocabulary skills, gymnastics definitions, and an introduction to equipment.
Ages: 18 months - 2 years (Boys & Girls)

Student/Instructor Ratio: 6 - 1

Class Length: 45 Min.
 
F-Series

   Our state of the art preschool  program is focused on gross motor skill development. We work to build the strength, coordination and flexibility which will lead to a successful future in sports. These classes will emphasize basic gymnastics skills and progressions that serve as the foundation for higher level gymnastics skills. When each level is achieved students will receive a "J.E.T.S. Certificate of Achievement" for all their hard work.
 
 
Tomcats - Level 1 & 2

Instructor Directed
    Activities include basic tumbling and apparatus work, as well as social skill development. Students will work on more specific skills, spending more time on tumbling, balance beams, bars, and tramps, etc. These classes are designed to break down skills to help the gymnast progress at their own pace. (Falcons 1 & 2 offer the same curriculum as Tomcats 1 & 2. Age is the difference between Tomcats and Falcons.) Classes are designed to break down skills to help the gymnast learn them properly.
Ages: 3 - 4 ½ years (Boys & Girls)

Falcons - Level 1 2 3 & 4

Instructor Directed

Falcons 5
   Falcons 5 was designed for girls who have passed level 4, but are not quite ready for pre-team, but want to make the commitment to learn the sport of gymnastics at a higher intensity level. Students will be working on cartwheels, round off's, basic bar and beam work, and vault, along with an education on gymnastic terminology, and skills mixed with fun, and games.
Ages: 5 - 7 years (Girls)

Student Instructor Ratio: 9 - 1

Class Length: 1 ½ hours
